How work is agreed
- Work starts only after I send a written scope and price and you accept it in writing.
- The agency owns the deliverables it pays for and keeps its client relationships. I do not contact or solicit an agency's clients without the agency's agreement.
- Engagements run month to month with 30 days' notice, unless the written scope says otherwise.
- I do not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI citations or enquiries. I report what I measure.
